RESERVATIONS

Arrival is possible from 2:00 PM for camping pitches and 3:00 PM for rental accommodations, until 6:00 PM at the latest. After this time the reception is closed and arrival is no longer possible, unless you have selected the “Late check-in” option in advance.
Our rental accommodations can also be booked for one night (standard = 2 nights) with a 50% surcharge.
For motorhomes/campers, the minimum stay is 1 night, except during Ascension, Pentecost, and the Chassepierre Festival, when a minimum stay of 2 nights applies.
To check availability, please enter an arrival and departure date and tick the box provided. Do not use the “refresh” button or the magnifying glass, as this will reset the form.
You may choose a preferred pitch via the site map. If the pitch is still available, it will be assigned to you. If not, the system will automatically assign the next available pitch within the same zone.
If you see the message “no package found”, this means that no pitches or accommodations are available for the selected period.
After submitting your request, you will receive an automatic confirmation. If you do not receive a reservation confirmation within 1–2 days (or 3–4 days when the campsite is closed), please check your spam folder or contact us by email.
Please note: One reservation form is valid for one camping pitch or one accommodation only.
Groups or multiple pitches must be reserved separately.
