Rental

Do you wish to leave your own tent at home?  We can offer you adventurous alternatives. Everything is fully furnished and ready for a worry free holiday.

What you need to know about the rentals:

• Arrival is possible from 15:00 to 18:00 at the latest. You can arrive at the campsite until 6 pm. After this, the reception is closed and it is no longer possible to check in or arrive at the campsite.
• It is not possible to book our rental accommodation for just one night. Reservations can be made from two nights in the low season. During the May-holidays and Ascension Weekend this is a minimum of three nights. And in July/August a minimum of 4 nights. And for the weekend of the Chassepierre street theater festival (17 and 18 August) the minimum number of nights is 6 nights. It is possible to discuss fewer nights on weekends in the low season (e.g. when you cannot arrive at the campsite before 6 p.m.).
• Our rentals and campsite is tailored to families, and not to groups. Therefore we allow a maximum of three adults without children.
• The chalet, Treehouse, double deckers,  Gypsycaravan (2,55m x 9,5m) and the static caravans have blankets, pillows and bed linen.
• The rental tents, Gypsy caravan and wine barrel have mattress covers but no bed linen nor household linen. You are required to bring your own bed and household linen.

In the locations where no linen or bedsheets are included, it is possible to, if required, rent some. In the reservation form you can then indicate what you require. It is also possible, in certain rentals, to rent a child’s bed or a kid stool. You can indicate this in the reservation form as well.

• You are asked to leave the rental clean on departure.

It is possible to book the cleaning of the location (€45.00).

When checking-out, we ask of you:

• To sweep up the location with a broom
• To take out the trash to the appropriate bins
• To do the dishes and put everything back in the appropriate cupboard.

If you do not pay the cleaning fee, then you will need to leave the location in the same clean state as found on arrival.

• For rentals, we only allow booking per night, regardless of the day of arrival and departure. It’s not possible to book for one night.
• A single pet is allowed, with prior agreement, only in specific rentals; the safari tent, cottage, tipi’s,  caravan 80 and 83. If the presence of the animal in the rental causes extra cleaning work, appropriate cleaning costs will be subtracted from the deposit.
• Peak season: May holidays, Ascension, Pentecost, July and August.

Price  and deposit :

• For all rentals, there is a 10% discount for stays longer than five nights.
• Rates include: free car in the parking lot, 4 people (2 adults + 2 children), gas, water, electricity and tourist tax.
• Extra person : € 5,00 (per night)
• For all rentals we ask an upfront deposit of € 100,00, to be paid by bank transfer.  After your departure, the rental will be checked by our cleaning staff. The deposit (with deduction of any breakages, damage or poor maintenance)  will be returned within one week on your bank account.
